Be able to answer, on demand, what is deployed, who has access to it, and what happens when it fails — in a form an auditor accepts.
What I delivered
Ran IT asset audits, access audits and SOC compliance and ISO 27001 work for IT asset management, with user lifecycle activities covering onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, privilege management and licence optimisation. Created and maintained technical documentation, SOPs, disaster recovery procedures and infrastructure diagrams, and worked with vendors and Microsoft support on critical production issues.
