What I delivered
Configured and managed Microsoft Intune and Entra ID — device enrolment, compliance policies, application deployment, Autopilot and identity management — with Exchange Online administration covering mailbox provisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow and email security. User lifecycle work spans onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, privilege management and licence optimisation.
